Were looking for a Data Scientist with 2+ years of experience to support our digital products and leadership. This person would begin immediately as a full-time employee joining the Data Science team in Seattle, WA.

As our group continues to grow, we need a skilled Data Scientist to help expand the capabilities of our team and products. The Data Science team is responsible for data analysis and reporting, building machine learning features for our digital products, and supporting key stakeholders in making data-driven decisions. As a Data Scientist with CBRE Build, wed look to you to own initiatives around deep analyses, intelligent features, and best practice across the full spectrum of data work.


  • Combine the scientific method with best practices to design and develop new metrics, deep analyses, and machine learning features for production use
  • Work with a cross-functional team of data scientists, product managers, UX researchers, and engineers to communicate and create value from your data-driven insights
  • Innovate and help define best practice for data practitioners across CBREs young Digital and Technology division



  • Masters or Ph.D. degree Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in statistical analysis, data engineering, and data visualization. Consideration given to equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years experience as a Data Scientist
  • Solid experience with Python, pandas, and SQL
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of presenting findings and reports to a variety of individuals: stakeholders, product managers, the Customer Success Team, engineers, and more
  • Experience with best practices and modern tools in data visualization

  • Infrastructure AWS, Ansible, Rundeck, Terraform, GitLab CI, Ubuntu, Docker
  • Development Workflow JIRA, GitLab, Slack
