About the Position:

Hiring a Design Manager/Preconstruction Manager responsible for the leadership of Designers and Engineers and working with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies to deliver successful and profitable projects. Work with the Project Development team to ensure the optimal orientation of the facility on-site to meet the client's needs and intent.

Requirements:


Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline is preferred.
10+ years experience in the Construction Industry; Design-Build experience is highly preferred
3+ years of experience leading other Designers and Engineers.
Understanding of multiple A&E design and construction software platforms; Revit and AutoCAD experience is highly preferred
Specific and recent project experience within agricultural and industrial facilities.
