As a Digital Product Associate reporting to the Director, Digital Product you will assist in developing and coordinating Taylor Morrisons digital marketing strategy and providing tactical product marketing support across various new and existing Digital products. What Youll Do

We trust that as a Digital Product Associate you will:

  • Work collaboratively between wide range of internal clients, Engineering, Marketing, Design, QA, and other teams on new and existing digital products and features
  • Gather and help draft product requirements that improve overall user experience while driving towards digital product success
  • Prioritize and manage enhancement projects & refreshes & set specific timelines
  • Perform quality assurance controls on products
  • Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, become familiar with system reporting to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide support for field marketing users on digital product features
  • Communicate new product features and updates and enable internal teams ensuring they have the information & knowledge needed to utilize product capabilities
  • Collaborate with teams to create new and manage existing marketing collateral as well as messaging that articulate the benefits of the product and/or feature to drive adoption/conversion
  • Create support and training documentation for Digital Product usage across the Company to internal users; communicate new features and updates
  • Closely track consumer, tech & competitive trends to ensure innovation aligns with the future of homebuilding
  • Bring ideas and opportunities to the team that keep the Company ahead of its competition in the digital space
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Sound Like You?

  • Bachelors degree
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in product management or product marketing
  • Experience working with engineering teams using Agile / Scrum software development & other common engineering best practices
  • Experience using a CMS system is a nice to have
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tool is preferred
  • A passion for and understanding of digital products with a general understanding of web analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams

  • Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
