About the Position

Our client seeks a healthcare/life science and large-scale construction expert to lead a Billion dollar plus multiyear project in Albany, NY, and partner with our Executive Team in developing future opportunities. You will represent driving success on the project(s) and work closely with our divisional leadership to ensure the projects are in good standing with the clients. You will have the opportunity to mentor and manage a team of Project Executives, Project Managers, and Project Engineers. You will determine priorities, delegate work, and effectively communicate progress. You establish measures to assess the impact, quality, and timeliness of results while praising successes and sharing lessons learned.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Must have been in the lead executive role on large-scale construction projects with 20-plus team members
10 + years experience in a genuine Project Executive or higher role managing teams and clients
Able to demonstrate a history of success managing risk and ensuring the financial success of projects
BS or MS degree in Construction related discipline
Must have experience with high-tech Construction in the Health or Biotech/life Science sector
