About the Company/Position:

Client company is an energy infrastructure owner with completed transactions totaling over $1 Billion. Our client is looking to hire a Director of Commercial Asset Management to oversee various asset classes, including Solar, Solar + Storage, BESS, Microgrid, and Fuel Cells. This individual will be responsible for commercial management of the assets in the portfolio, including contract management, compliance, commercial optimization, and cost controls.

Requirements:

10+ years experience in power generation with an emphasis on Asset Management role.
Experience and knowledge of typical revenue streams and incentive programs for renewable asset classes, such as SRECs, SGIP, various capacity market products, and demand reduction.
Exposure to utility tariffs and merchant power markets required.
Management of short-term and long-term costs and produce a highly accurate forecast
Extensive experience liaising with external financing parties
Experience leading and going through an asset sale process
High degree of business/finance aptitude related to assets, asset management, and optimizing assets performance (operationally and financially).
