About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Design and Engineering to lead our design process and team, as well as set the standard for design integration into the manufacturing process. As the Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and coordination of projects, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including managing internal and external resources and consultants, providing design direction aligned with our fabrication strategy, and overseeing Revit project documentation and generation. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or another related
10+ years of experience in manufacturing management
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing manufacturing strategies and process improvements.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
