About the Position:

Title Director of Operations
This position is responsible for the implementation of processes & procedures, updating and maintaining operational metrics and reports.
Maximize productivity.
Oversee all aspects of operations overall company performance long term strategic planning - finances and profitability office construction team all resources & management personnel.
Work closely with preconstruction, project team, human resources, hire future employees, conduct office meetings, etc.

Requirements:

15 + years of construction management
Degree preferred but not mandatory.
Must have finance in the candidate background.
Open to relocation
Construction experience/oversee is mandatory.
