About the Position:

Hiring a Director of Operations responsible for leading and managing the business's day-to-day operations. This position will promote teamwork and inclusion across departments and with industry partners. Improve and develop training programs and industry/state-required certifications to ensure the team is trained and complies with industry requirements.

Requirements:


4-year college degree in construction management, business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
MBA in business is preferred
7+ years of leadership experience in asphalt paving, construction, or a related industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management or directorial role.
Strong understanding of asphalt paving, construction, and project management processes.
Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
