About the Position:

Hiring for a Director of Preconstruction, responsible for the overall direction, management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of project preconstruction phases of multifamily and high rise projects ($50-80mm), to achieve the cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating and bidding.

Requirements:

Degree in a construction related curriculum and/or business/accounting.

10+ years of prior experience in Estimating and/or Project Management for a commercial general contractor.

8+ years of prior experience in a Preconstruction position.

Lengthy project experience within multifamily construction.
