About the Position:

Hiring for a Director of Power Marketing (Power & Gas) responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategies for our power and gas products. Your innovative approach, market insights, and leadership will drive growth and ensure our continued success in the energy industry.

Market Knowledge / Requirements:

Deep insight into US Power and Gas Markets. A trading background can be an advantage.
Understanding of both energy supply and demand market dynamics. Must be capable and have shown prior success leading and closing PPAs.
Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with potential off-takers, including corporates, utilities, government bodies, and other key stakeholders.
Participate in and lead PPA negotiations in collaboration with the responsible investment teams, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to structure the agreements to match the project's financial goals.
Be informed on energy market changes, political and regulatory trends + trends among potential PPA counterparts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Energy Management, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably within the energy sector, focusing on power and gas products.
Deep knowledge of the power and gas industry, including market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
