Drywall Estimator/Project Manager - $110,000.00 to $140,000.00

S.M. Harrington Contracting, an established Union Drywall Contractor in Southern NH, with work in Southern NH and MA, is currently seeking an Estimator/Project Manager to join our team for a long-term career. Confidentiality will be given to those who apply.

The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for estimating commercial drywall and acoustical ceiling projects, as well as managing pricing, submittals, material procurement, and scheduling and managing of awarded projects.

Qualifications Include:

• Knowledge of light gauge metal framing, drywall, and acoustical systems.
• 5+ years of Drywall project management and estimating experience.
• Proficient in reading architectural and structural blueprints.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with On Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid estimating programs.
• Professional face to face customer interaction and sales involvement from initial contact through business closing.
• Must be able to excel under pressure and handle multiple projects at once.
• Supervise, train, and mentor assistant estimators and project managers.
• Track project data for historical productions and costs
• Attend all meetings as necessary.
