RESPONSIBILITIES
*Measure, cut and install metal framing members which includes but not limited to concrete, structural steel, wood, etc.
*Measure, cut, install and fasten wallboard to framing members around all penetrating objects such as but not limited to MEP rough in, electrical outlets, plumbing, cable tray, etc.
*Finish drywall by installing corner bead, taping and finishing joints, penetrations and patches to reach the required level of finish with drywall compound and the necessary tool.
*Build decks, stairs, roofs and other temporary structures between office units, plan tables, install shelves, setup tool trailers and/or conex's, per plan
*Hand-set forms and/or assemble the gang form
*Accountabilities
QUALIFICATIONS
*Works within precise limits or standards of accuracy
*Pictures solid objects from drawings or diagrams
*Must be able to operate equipment such as: table saw, radial arm saws, belt & disc sanders, drill presses, fall protection, equipment, rigging and form systems
*Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50 lbs
*Able to adapt communication style to the speaker and possess a high degree of active listening skills
*Strong teamwork orientation
*Positive attitude and professional customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits Information
*Compensation range: $25/hour - $32/hour, dependent on qualifications and experience
