Job Description Summary
Taylor Morrison is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist focused in email campaign strategy and marketing automation to join our Corporate Brand Marketing team. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day execution of email marketing strategies including list management, campaign creation, A/B testing, customer segmentation, and technical execution.Job Details
What Youll Do
Manage and build email marketing campaigns
Create various email lists and campaigns
Create and test various CTAs and email templates
Determine email marketing KPIs, and present reports on a weekly and monthly basis for key metrics like open, click, and conversion rates
Create email lists and segment them based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
Employ regular A/B testing to optimize emails for conversion
Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
Create and maintain a trigger email program that will react to the customer lifecycle and help to maximize retention
Manage and identify new opportunities to drive engagement through automated journeys
Collaborate with leadership to create a best-in-class email and SMS strategy and define and prioritize growth initiatives that support our digital strategy roadmap
Perform other duties as assigned

You might be just who were looking for if you have
Bachelors degree in Marketing, PR or Communications preferred
3+ years of email marketing experience, utilizing Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a similar enterprise Marketing Automation platform
Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, SMS marketing, and web analytics
Knowledge of key email fundamentals: responsive design, CAN-SPAM compliance, deliverability, A/B testing, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
Able to work independently and within a cross-functional team
Effective time and project management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced working environment
FLSA Status: Exempt
Will have responsibilities such as:
Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operations
Act as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance

Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule
Ability to oversee direct reports daily and provide guidance as needed

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
Ability to operate a motor vehicle
Comply with company policies and procedure
Physical Demands:
Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
