POSITION SUMMARY: 


The Enterprise Account Director is responsible for all aspects of an enterprise clients relationship with FacilitySource:  account health, service delivery, relationship management, growth, and profitability.  The incumbent will organize, lead and execute an overall account plan that delivers balanced sales growth while overseeing the delivery of current services at agreed-upon levels.  They will be focused on profitable business growth while maintaining and improving customer satisfaction and have a long-term multi-year perspective on account management.  Ultimately, this role is evaluated on the delivery of account and relationship growth, service levels, and appropriate profit levels.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Enterprise Account Director will be responsible for all aspects of FacilitySources relationship with the client.  This role will perform the following for FacilitySource and its clients:


Grow and maintain FacilitySource relationships within and across the client, both directly and across the broader FacilitySource team.

Identify opportunities for new business within the client.  Use the full suite of FacilitySource services and capabilities to expand the ways in which, and the extent to which, we work for clients.  Deliver profitable revenue growth

Lead and manage service delivery teams in meeting and exceeding our service commitments.

Own and deliver targeted P&L performance.

Engage marketing, service line, or trade expertise from across the company to provide additional services to Clients.

Act as the ultimate owner of the companys relationship with Clients

Support monthly metrics, quarterly business reviews with thought leadership and present growth opportunities in this forum.  Deploy the full analytical capabilities of FacilitySources technology and team.

Perform the necessary tasks to ensure robust sales, operations, client and management reporting, including but not limited to: Establishing goals, analyzing growth and providing accurate, complete, and timely submission of required progress reports, forecast, and status of opportunities in the companys salesforce.com system.



Requirements

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Consultative seller who develops deep relationships and adds value to the clients business over the long-term.

Experienced managing operations / service delivery teams

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Sales and relationship management processes.  Candidate will maintain detailed knowledge of FacilitySource services, solutions and offerings and will help guide the client in major facilities, capital projects, and business decisions.

Team player who can partner with delivery organizations for added value.

Aggressive seller who is able to forge relationships with C-level executives, VPs and Directors as well as key line of procurement contacts

Organizational acuity:  ability to work across complex client organizations and across functions internally
 
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

5+ years of proven experience with large scale sales & account management
 
National outsourcing solution sales experience ideally in the Facilities industry
 
Experience delivering outsourced solutions to an enterprise customer

Skilled in account strategy, account planning, relationship strategy
 
Possesses deep Retail/Grocery/Restaurant industry expertise or related industries
