Our National Security Solutions Unit (NSS) provides end-to-end tools, capabilities, and services that support the full spectrum of cyber and space operations and produces actionable intelligence for a diverse government, commercial, and Intelligence Community (IC) customer base. We are the recognized leader in transformational solutions and an invaluable and trusted mission partner to our customers. Our services include Cyber Operations, Intelligence Solutions, Federal Security, and Reconnaissance and Sensor Solutions.


Our National Security Account Executive (AE) will proactively engage with Senior Executives, and Flag/General Officers and Cyberspace Operations personnel, targeting IC clients and decision makers for the purpose of building, cultivating and developing deep rooted relationships in support of NSS products, services and capability offerings. The NSS AE will be responsible for leading the development of a cohesive plan in concert with the market line business development team and take ownership of an account strategy for engagement, growth and subsequently executing that strategy to win new business, market penetration and keep/sold existing business.

The successful candidate will also ensure Parsons is viewed as a key partner and viewed favorably in the eyes of both our customers and teaming partners. In coordination with the business development team, AE will assist with identifying, qualifying and closing sales opportunities for products and solutions as a result of customer facing engagements. This AE will be a subject matter expert in their assigned agencies and understand the agencies' missions, budgets, priorities and programs in order to provide the customer with the right Parsons solutions. The AE will lead the market strategy in support and participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and webinar marketing events.

This position can be based in either our Annapolis Junction or Columbia MD office locations.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field and typically 20+ years of broad and diversified experience
  • Experience working in the Cyber and Intel market for the Maryland customer
  • A combination of Business Development and operations experience is ideal
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain or currently possess a TS/SCI/FS Poly security clearance


Proven ability for managing a large and diverse group of personnel within field of expertise and providing direction for resolving complex work assignments. Also requires expert knowledge of related standard practices as well as applicable codes and regulations. Must be knowledgeable of best practices for utilizing communication technology, automation, and various software applications in order to achieve the highest level of productivity. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to make effective presentations to senior management are required.
