WSP is currently initiating a search for an Environmental Planner for our Vancouver, Washington office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead permitting projects, provide review and develop technical documents for public and private sector projects. The successful candidate will preferably come from a consulting background and have practical environmental planning and permitting expertise in some or all of the following areas: in-water permitting, land use and environmental; planning, site and regulatory assessments; permitting/entitlements, NEPA/SEPA documentation. Demonstrated abilities in the energy sector and/or waterfront planning and permitting will be favorably considered. In addition, the candidate should have the ability to participate in business development activities including client development, proposal preparation and interview participation.
