As an Estimator for Schumacher Homes, you will use your expertise from working in the industry, along with construction plans to estimate the necessary material and create a materials budget for our custom-built homes.  Since we are transparent in our pricing, it’s critical that every stick and brick that goes into building a home is accurately counted.
