GS Construction, Inc. is seeking EXPERIENCED pipe layers to work out of our Northeast Georgia location. Prior experience with installation/repair/maintenance associated with water mains, sanitary sewers, and storm drains is required.
Be Productive on FIRST day. No training available
Grading experience (small and large diameter piping) (good to know not required)
Must know Trench Safety for Deep excavations up to 35ft in depth (good to know not required)
Ability to accurately set laser and adjust grade.
Safely locates other pipelines and utilities without damaging.
Property or work site restoration
Performs work (to include physical labor i.e. using hand tools, lifting materials on average up to 50 lbs, etc.) under direction of Foreman or Supervisor
Performs other duties as necessary.
Pay: $18-28 per hour depending on EXPERIENCE
Must have 5 years experience
Ability to withstand outdoor environment during all times of the year.
Must be able to demonstrate ability to follow directions, produce quality work, maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all Federal, State, and Company regulations and policies
