WSP is currently initiating a search for a Gas Storage & Pipeline Facility Manager for our Beaumont, Texas office.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • The Gas Storage & Pipeline Facility Manager will be responsible providing management for WSP USA Natural Gas Storage and Pipeline Operations.  Candidates will be required to interact with the client, provide annual budgets, AFE applications, and management within budget.  Candidates should have a minimum of 3 yrs experience in a leadership role in Gas Storage and Pipeline Operations and Maintenance as well as 10 Years Experience in various roles in the industry.   • Individuals seeking this position will be required to have extensive knowledge of Federal 49 CFR 192 Code requirements as well as state pipeline regulatory requirements. 
 
Other requirements include knowledge of RCT Rule 97 Underground Storage Rules, as well as NACE requirements for Cathodic Protection.
 
  • The candidate will be required to direct facility & field operations to insure regulatory compliance, including coordination of and participation in Federal and State inspections.
  • Responsibilities will include support of Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Operator Qualification, Integrity Management   Plans, as well as other regulatory required documentation.
  • Management & Training of Field Operations personnel for operations, maintenance & regulatory compliance is a requirement for this position.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 yrs experience in a leadership role in Gas Storage and Pipeline Operations and Maintenance
  • 10 years experience in various roles related to Gas Storage & Pipeline Operations & Maintenance
 
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures 
 
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies 

This position is subject to DOT mandated drug/alcohol testing policies.

EMPLOYEE WILL BE DRIVING WSP VEHICLE: Must successfully complete and pass WSP’s Motor Vehicle screening.
