WSP is currently initiating a search for a Field Engineering  Aide for our Baltimore, Maryland office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Works in coordination with the Resident Engineer (RE) to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of Inspector Daily Reports.
•Implements and maintains all required logs of the status of various documents (i.e. Submittals, Transmittals, RFl's, Drawing & Specification Revisions, etc) at their various stages before, during, and after construction.
•Attend meetings as directed by the Resident Engineer (RE)
•Creates agendas as directed.
•Prepares and distributes Meeting Minutes as directed.
•Works in coordination with the Resident Engineer (RE) to ensure that the office is and remains equipped with all necessary supplies and equipment to execute its function effectively and efficiently.
•Works in coordination with the Resident Engineer (RE) and Chief Office Engineer (COE) to review, modify, implement, and maintain project-level management policies so as to promote and improve project-level effectiveness and efficiency.

<div>Minimum Qualifications:</div> <div class="O0">•High two years of college in related subject or minimum of two years equivalent experience.</div> <div class="O0">•Good computer skills, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.</div> <div class="O0">•Strong written and verbal English communication skills; strong mathematic skills including; Strong computer skills, including familiarity with the advanced functions of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.</div> <div class="O0">•Basic understanding of Construction practices and Construction Management practices.</div> <div class="O0">•Must be eligible to work in the United States.</div> <div> </div> <div>Preferred Qualifications</div> <div class="O0">•Associate’s degree or Bachelor's Degree from a nationally accredited college or university in any of the following areas of study: Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Environmental, or Systems disciplines), Business Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or similar course of study.</div> <div class="O0">•1-2 years of Construction or Construction Management experience, preferably 1 year of which was spent as a Civil Inspector-I or better</div> <div> </div> <div>About WSP USA</div> <div> </div> <div>WSP USA is the U.S. operating company of one of the world's leading engineering and professional services firms.
