About the Position:

Hiring for a Fleet Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for the management and supervision of all Fleet and Maintenance employees, administration of all daily Fleet related operations: inventory, maintenance, repair, fuel, and services contracts, as well as the supervision of staff and vendors. Looking for an individual who has come up through the ranks as a technician, supervisor, and now manager.

Requirements:

5+ years of proven ability to manage a 100+ truck fleet in solid waste.
Prior management and mentorship of other maintenance techs.
