What You Will Be Doing:

This position will be responsible for building and maintaining corporate websites, intranet, and internal sales tools. You will be taking over an existing codebase and continuing feature development of several existing programs and apps as well as starting new projects. As new projects are presented, provide technical input on feasibility, and convert design/spec meetings into a project feature map. Tracking and maintaining project schedules will be critical.

Day To Day:

Working with a team in an Agile framework
Responsible for writing clean and executable code
Test-driven development
Architecting enterprise software solutions
Maneuver between multiple projects with ease
Debugging and troubleshooting code
Building and maintaining development environments as needed
Responsible for maintaining and updating an extensive, pre-existing code base
Maintaining and updating project schedules

Job Responsibilities:

Communicating with the technology team and other departments as collaboration requires
Directing and supporting the implementation of new software
Identifying and recommending new technology solutions
Work closely with CTO and other executives to ensure that all business-critical systems are operating smoothly
Understand the unique business needs across various departments within the company

Required Skills:

Frontend development experience
Web Applications (as monolith and micro-services)
Web Project Management
API / Systems integration experience
Cloud application services using Azure, AWS, or Google
Site deployment and maintenance

PHP with Laravel or Codeigniter
MySQL / PostgreSQL
React with Typescript
HTML and SASS/CSS
Git workflow using Github / Continuous Integration (Circle CI) / Automated Deployment (Buddy)
XML
Microservices Architecting

Required Experience:


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
5+ years of software development experience
Experience building end-to-end platforms using React.js/Node.js/Laravel
Experience working on customer-facing applications
