Job Description Summary

Taylor Morrison is seeking a highly motivated and creative Graphic Designer for one of the nations leading home building brands. In this role, as part of the in-house Brand Marketing team, you will collaborate, concept big ideas, and execute projects ranging from brand development, advertising campaigns, print, and digital design. We are passionate about providing a best-in-class customer experience, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal.

This opportunity is located in our corporate office in Scottsdale, AZ. It will be office-centric hybrid. There will be flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week following training and depending on needs of the business.

What Youll Do

  • Create and inspire work that meets strategic marketing objectives and clear point of view that aligns to the Taylor Morrison brand

  • Develop concepts and produce design work with a solid understanding of layout, composition, and typography

  • Work directly with internal clients to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Constantly push the envelope by promoting progressive thinking and innovation

You might be just who were looking for if you have

  • A bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

  • 2+ years of agency or in-house creative experience

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint

  • Strong organization skills and highly detail oriented

  • Knowledge of HTML, video editing, and animation is a bonus

  • Strong portfolio that showcases your creativity and skills

FLSA Status: Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

  • Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operations

  • Act as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance

Essential Functions:

  • Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule

  • Ability to oversee direct reports daily and provide guidance as needed

  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device

  • Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed

  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle

  • Comply with company policies and procedure

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time

  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

*Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
