About the Position:

Hiring a Head of USA Operations (High Voltage Transmission) responsible for the overall operations of the company's North American service delivery business. This includes setting strategic goals, developing and implementing operational plans, managing budgets, building teams, and creating a High-Reliability Organization (HRO) of people and products.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in a senior management role in the transmission industry (EPC / Construction / Service Operations).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven track record of success in setting and achieving strategic goals.
Strong financial and operational skills.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
