Position Summary:

The Human Resources Intern will assist in various HR functions such as new hire orientation, employee onboarding, reporting, and providing generalist support to Team Members. Be responsible for various Human Resource projects and administrative duties for the Human Resources Department. The internship will only be for 8 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all aspects of recruiting and onboarding, including completing I-9\u0027S and verifying licenses required for roles.
  • Perfrom HR Audits and compliance activites
  • Assists with HR Communications i.e., Postings, Flyers \u0026 electronic communications
  • Provides administrative and technical support to HR Department on a variety of other functions.
  • Special project-based work
  • Support Recruiting Team as needed, coordinating interviews, references, phone interviews, etc.
  • Filing, record keeping, data entry, and performing a variety of other office tasks


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recent graduate with bachelor\u0027s degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office and Viewpoint is a plus

Necassary Attributes:

  • Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles
  • Team player and with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dedicated and hard working
  • Excellent organizational skills
