*D.R. Horton, Inc.* is currently looking for an *_HR Technology Analyst III_* in the IT Department. The right candidate will support all HRIS applications by performing system maintenance, production support, project/process improvements, report writing and training. Serves as technical point of contact for assigned functional areas. Support HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, enhancements and other technical projects as assigned.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to support application of upgrades, enhancements, and/or fixes. Maintain system tables. Document process and results.
* Write, maintain, and execute test scripts.
* Manage projects and process improvement, includes identifying trends, design, implementation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and other enhancements.
* Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving problems not resolved by Tier I Support, unexpected results or process flaws, perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
* Partner with various HR business functions to identify new enhancements, updates or maintenance opportunities. Translate business objective and needs into clearly written functional-technical requirements.
* Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
* Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
* Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train users on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
* Provide support for the creation and update of user security roles and permission lists.
* Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support.
* Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.

*Education and/or Experience*

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
* Four to seven years equivalent work experience and/or training
* Strong understanding of HR processes and data, including benefit eligibility and enrollment rules and payroll procedures
* Strong understanding of HR applications, PeopleSoft and/or Taleo, design, structure, functions and processes and experience with database tools
* Strong understanding or experience of agile project management
* Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
* Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
* Proficiency with MS Office and email
