*D.R. Horton, Inc.* is currently looking for an *HRIS Analyst* in the IT Department. The right candidate will support the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by performing system maintenance, production support, project/process improvements, report writing and user training. Serves as technical point of contact for assigned functional areas.


*Essential Duties and Responsibilities* include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


* Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to support application of upgrades, enhancements, and/or fixes. Maintain system tables. Document process and results.
* Write, maintain, and execute test scripts.
* Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, research and resolution as Tier II support to issues, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
* Partner with various HR business functions to identify new enhancements, updates, or maintenance opportunities. Translate business objective and needs into clearly written functional-technical requirements.
* Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the development of standardized reports for ongoing customer needs.
* Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
* Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train users on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
* Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support.
* Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.




*Education and/or Experience*


* High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree or related field experience preferred
* One to two years equivalent work experience as subject matter expert or an HRIS Analyst
* Previous ATS experience required, experience with Taleo and/or PeopleSoft and/or is preferred
* Understanding of HR processes and data, including benefit eligibility and enrollment rules and payroll procedures
* Understanding of HR applications, design, structure, functions, and processes preferred
* Understanding or experience of agile project management
* Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
* Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects
