As a Truck Operator, your primary duties include operating trucks as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures.

*Operate the following trucks based on the requirements of the project:

*Ability to move levers, shift gears, depress pedals, and maneuver the steering wheel to operator equipment
*Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50 lbs.
*Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and load charts
*Knowledge of equipment and their uses
*Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication)
*Strong teamwork orientation
*Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
*Ability to work independently
Education and Experience Requirements
*Equipment certifications as required
*A minimum of three years of related experience
*Must possess a valid driver's license of proper class and necessary endorsements as required by law
