WSP is currently initiating a search for an Inspector for our Orlando, Florida office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and document roadway construction contractor’s activities
  • Attend courses study and pass tests to obtain FDOT Inspector Qualifications
  • Reads and interprets drawings and specifications
  • Prepares inspection reports;  may participate in the development of job safety practices
  • Inspects various facets of work on the construction site
  • Observes general job safety practices
  • Follows applicable quality control practices and procedures
  • Complies with client policies and procedures for inspection of work under contract
  • Other duties as assigned
