*D.R. Horton, Inc.*is currently looking for an _*Internet Sales Specialist/Sales Assistant*_in the Sales & Marketing Department. The right candidate will specialize in the process of converting internet leads to onsite traffic/sales. Support the Sales Department by administering various tasks and projects.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Manage all incoming internet leads from the company website, 800-number, and outsourced companies
* Exercise proper qualification skills to identify genuine leads that have the potential to become genuine sales opportunities
* Convert qualified leads into office appointments with onsite Sales Representatives
* Enter and update information in a customer management database
* Generate new customer opportunities by prospecting and developing existing leads through telephone, email, and mail
* Responsible for producing monthly sales and marketing reports (Intertrack, Sales Performance Analysis, and Marketing & Sales Cost Efficiency Analysis)
* Generate a monthly analysis of divisional website traffic, hits, source, etc.
* Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of materials to prospective customers
* Enter Sales Contracts into DHI Sales database
* Assist Sales Managers with special projects
* Review and complete reports of competitive sales information for comparison purposes
* Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company



*Education and/or Experience*

* Associate degree from two-year college or technical school
* One to three years of related experience and/or training
* Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence
* Ability to speak effectively before groups
* Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
* Proficiency with MS Office and email

*Preferred Qualifications*

* Knowledge of real estate terminology preferred
* Presentation skills a plus
* Ability to multi-task and provide attention to detail
