D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an *_IT Leased Equipment Coordinator_** *for their Corporate IT Department. The right candidate will coordinate the replacement and return of company-wide Dell leased IT equipment.



*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*


* Responsible for the maintenance and reconciliation of IT leased equipment inventory records.
* Tracks equipment lease expiration dates with Dell, identifies the location and user associated with each device, and validates software requirements through direct contact with Corporate and Division/Branch IT personnel for lease refresh purposes.
* Develops schedules for the replacement and return of leased equipment in conjunction with lease expiration dates through direct coordination with Dell, Corporate, and Division/Branch IT personnel.
* Prepares and maintains reports required to execute lease refresh schedules, identify returned leased equipment, and ensure subsequent removal of equipment from lease schedules through Dell Financial Services
* Assists in developing site preparation documents, technician scripts, and migration tool procedures used in the lease refresh process.





*Education and/or Experience *

Associates Degree (A.A.), or High School Diploma and one to two years related inventory control experience.
