IT Sr. Support Analyst - Business Applications

Allan Myers seeks an IT Analyst for our Business Applications Group based out of our Worcester, PA Office. This role is responsible for using knowledge of software programs and business processes to help our company maximize technology implementations and ultimately support our users. Applications include ERP, other related systems used by back-office functions as well as systems used in operational areas of materials, construction and transportation.

To excel in this position, you should be an experienced professional with strong creativity and curiosity toward business processes. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their problem-solving and critical thinking on each and every assignment, employ their verbal and written communication skills to influence outcomes and bring their tenacity and drive to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assist users with identifying opportunities to streamline existing work processes by taking advantage of additional existing system functionality.
• Work with business leaders to capture business requirements and assist in the evaluation of new technology.
• Perform project delivery functions ensuring the successful implementation of new systems, platforms, and upgrades

• Apply and perform testing of upgrades and patches for business applications as well as implement new applications based on related business projects.

• Provide direct user support for issues escalated from internal and external service teams including those escalated outside of standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience and Education Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Business or Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field.

• 3-5 years related experience

• Willing to travel regionally & be boots on the ground
