WSP is currently initiating a search for a LAN Support Analyst for our San Jose, CA VTA project office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide excellent customer service to project staff both on-site and remote.
  • Configure and support the physical and wireless network, IP phone system, and edge systems of the cloud-based project network infrastructure spanning multiple buildings.
  • Prioritize and manage the help desk queue, escalating tickets appropriately as needed.
  • Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and permissions in an Active Directory environment including servers and security groups.
  • As needed, support laptops, desktops, printers, and basic networking hardware in a project office consisting of various companies working together on the project.
