About the Position

Hiring for a Land Development Manager - based in Central FL (Gainesville). Responsible for all functions of multifamily development from site selection to construction closeout. Pursue new development opportunities, obtaining entitlements, due diligence, manage the design process, schedule, financial analysis, and manage the overall development process.

Requirements:


Bachelors degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
MBA, MSRE, or Masters degree preferred
5+ years of experience land development, real estate development, & project management with an emphasis on multifamily, student housing, or hospitality.
