About the Position:

Hiring a Lead Estimator responsible for analyzing project specifications, conducting take-offs, and preparing detailed cost estimates for various construction projects. Working closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors, the Lead Estimator will help secure new contracts and ensure projects are executed within budgetary constraints.

Requirements:

7-10 years of mechanical estimating experience in either HVAC or Plumbing
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
