The Big Picture:

Mortenson is looking for a Manager of HR Systems to join the Human Resources team. The Manager of HR Systems is responsible for developing strategy, priority and direction, guidelines, and processes for maintaining and enhancing HR Systems.

What will you be doing?

*Develop overall strategy, direction, guidelines and processes for HR Systems team
*Partner closely with all HR functional leaders, Payroll, and Information Technology teams and 3rd party vendors to advance HR processes through self-service and other HR/vendor systems to drive appropriate and sustainable solutions across the company
*Manage, implement, and continuously improve HR systems to achieve desired business outcomes
*Securely manage HR data access, reporting, service requests and transactions
*Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
*Lead team members by example, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manage performance

How will you succeed?

*Demonstrated experience leading HR systems projects
*Working knowledge of HR data governance and control processes
*Comprehensive knowledge of human resource practices
*Organizational change management experience
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback
*Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, inclusive behaviors, and Affirmative Action plans and their intended use

Education and Experience:

*Bachelor's Degree; Master's degree preferred
*Minimum eight years related experience in Human Resources, with at least three years managing and prioritizing HRIS day-to-day work and projects
*Experience implementing Lean principles
*Experience working in an Oracle Cloud environment preferred
