About the Position:

Hiring for a Manufacturing Excellence Program Director to lead various cross-functional teams, including data scientists, SMEs, contractors, plant managers, Dir. of OpEx, and project managers. Looking for an effective change agent with a proven track record of affecting broad change within a chemical manufacturing organization, and an exceptional program manager, championing the implementation of multiple improvement workstreams across the global organization.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
15+ years of experience in the industry.
Proven change-agent with the ability to positively influence all levels of a manufacturing organization.
Plant manager or similar leadership experience at a chemical and/or oil & gas manufacturing facility
