WSP is currently initiating a search for a Marketing Manager for our Denver office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages marketing program for Colorado & Wyoming including ensuring a healthy pipeline, trade show/client event attendance, client engagement activities, and pre-positioning.
• Manages pre-positioning activities, including early project identification, capture planning, strategy development, and teaming arrangements as a key member of the pursuit team.
• Coordinates and develops persuasive, quality proposals through organizing pursuit teams, following RFP requirements, writing marketing portions, editing technical sections, and supervising graphic design.
• Reviews all coordinator-led proposals developed for office or program and verifies compliance and quality checks with RFP requirements.
• Leads technical staff to pre-plan client visits, attends client visits with technical staff as needed, and writes client contact reports.
• Supports corporate marketing department in finding opportunities to promote the transportation practice through articles, press releases, and social media.
• Supervises administrative and graphic design personnel.
• Manages marketing efforts of outside vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensures databases are up-to-date and accurate as well as generating and analyzing reports for marketing/BD and operations.
• Develops sales messages and coaches oral presentations, questions and answers, and rehearsals.
• Leads area marketing meetings in partnership with the Area Manager.
