Job Description Summary

As a Marketing Specialist working for Taylor Morrison you will be working with the Marketing Manager within the division ensuring that the customers needs are met whilst maximizing the profits of the company. You will assist in coordination and execution of all divisional marketing activities in an efficient and effective manner by providing analytical, creative, organizational and coordination support.

What Youll Do

  • Assist with the production, planning and execution of special projects, grand openings, and events.

  • Utilizes multiple Sales tools and applications, including but not limited to home reservations, interactive sitemaps, UTour, Google My Business, Survey Monkey, and hot sheet helpers.

  • Assist Sales Associates with marketing requests, troubleshooting and coordinate the setup of new community sales offices.

  • Update web site information with all site sources including, but not limited to, new community copy creation, floor plans, model photos, maps, pricing, community information, directions, and other data as needed.

  • Provide various administrative supports to Marketing Manager on a daily basis including coding and processing of invoices, scheduling of meetings/rooms, ordering of supplies, printing, etc.

  • Coordinate the schedule and execution of emails/new community drip campaigns and work with Marketing Manager to track success of programs.

  • Schedule, gather, organize, and maintain visual assets in the media library to include photography, art, virtual tours, and video.

  • Update division package display boards (CANVAS and Legacy Boards) including new community board creation/execution and maintenance of existing board. Including but not limited too - procuring and labeling all samples, coordinate with vendors for sales office layouts and approvals, re-sizing samples, manage installation, board and catalog maintenance.

  • Update all collateral and new community assets, including but not limited to: flyers and FAQ sheets, brochures, renderings, interactive floorplans, price sheets, included features, interactive and static sitemap, community aerials, interactive sales office, and furnished matterport tours.

  • Schedule all model and quick-move in photography and matterport tours, and load to website.

  • Act as liaison to advertising agency and public relations agencies as needed.

  • Present manager with regular traffic, web analytic and other reports

  • Maintain and organize project files, budgets, spreadsheets, and other project resources as required

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field or 1-2 years of marketing experience or homebuilding experience

  • You are proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as have savvy computer skills

  • You are process-oriented, innovative problem solver, highly organized whilst juggling multiple priorities and projects

  • You are customer service oriented and believe customer is number one priority

Compensation:

FLSA Status: Exempt

Pay Range: $56,000 - $75,000

Bonus Eligible

Will have responsibilities such as:

  • Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operations

  • Act as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance

  • Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule

  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device

  • Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager

  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed

  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable

  • Comply with company policies and procedure

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time

  • The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

*Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
