Missile Modeling and Simulation Engineer I

Parsons has an opportunity for an experienced engineer to perform analysis, modeling, and simulation of all aspects of ballistic missile weapons systems, including: onboard sensors, system dynamics, navigation systems, communications systems and command and control components. In this role, you will work as part of a highly skilled team of seasoned professionals providing support to the US Department of Defense in a challenging and dynamic work environment on top-level critical defense topics.


  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and 3+ years engineering experience, or a Masters degree in a related field.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret SCI security clearance is required.
  • Proficiency at implementing system models in a mainstream programming language, preferably C++, is required, and knowledge of Python or Matlab is also desirable.
  • You should be able to participate in assembling model documentation, study reports and briefings for presentation to government customers.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Prescreen Required clearance.
