WHAT WE NEED:
The Communication Specialist will manage our external and internal communications. You will promote a positive attitude and control the dissemination of information on our company's behalf. Phenomenal communication and writing skills make an effective communication specialist. Experience in corporate communication and project management are important qualities. You will report directly to the Team Lead - Communications.

KEY ATTRIBUTES:

Are you an effective communicator? We need someone to deliver information accurately and quickly with a positive tone. Can you do this?

How are your organizational skills? Can you stay efficient in a demanding environment?

How would you rank your technology skills? Are you savvy or capable of becoming so?

Are you open-minded and effective? It's important to be a good team player but also push your peers. Finding that happy medium is a challenge. Are you someone that can do that?

What is your educational background? We prefer a bachelor's degree but are always willing to look at the best candidate.

A TYPICAL DAY:

Manage internal/external communications (schedules, updates, etc.)
Daily client schedule updates
Update schedules, notes, issues, etc. in the Operations Management System
Uploading all job documentation including; photos, material tickets, repair maps
Completing job close out process in the Operations Management System
Ensuring check in/check out process is being followed
