Job Description Summary

As an Office Coordinator working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for ensuring a variety of administrative tasks that are handled timely and accurately. The ideal person will be an amazing problem solver, comfortable wearing many hats and have strong organizational, analytical, communication and creative thinking skills. What Youll Do

Point of contact for team members and managers at the division to assist with onboarding, exit processing, and miscellaneous other services connecting team members to appropriate Corporate HR personnel

Provide support to the Division President, Sales and Marketing, Construction, and Finance to include but not limited to: coordinating meetings, arranging travel, deliveries, preparation of meeting materials and maintaining calendars

Be point of contact for team members to assist in a variety of IT-related activities such as ordering, setup and light-troubleshooting of cell phones, laptops, accessories, and other computer equipment

Coordinate all company events, division monthly lunches and functional meetings to include presentation development, contracts, set up and clean up independent of assistance

Facilitate communication and awareness of Company and Division-wide initiatives, events and programs to include employee recognition programs

Provide administrative support to members of the executive team and other departments as needed

Maintain break room and copy room, keep stocked and organized

Maintain inventory of break rooms and office supplies

Responsible for maintaining all office equipment including kitchen appliances service calls, keeping stocked (paper/staples), and ordering toner and supplies

Prepare, retrieve, sort and distribute mail/courier/delivery packages

Responsible for the ordering and recycling of all office toner cartridges

Help maintain corporate conference rooms to include scheduling of various meetings

Perform other duties as assigned

You might be just who were looking for if you have

At least 2+ years work-related experience OR AA degree required

Excellent telephone customer service skills required

Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook and Word

Ability to multi-task and problem solve day-to-day office activities

Experience in corporate environment and dealing with various levels of management and external contacts is required

Experience in homebuilding industry/customer-related contact preferred

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

This position is considered a non-exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means that you will be required to keep a time record and will be eligible for overtime pay.

Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule

Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device

Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed

Ability to operate a motor vehicle

Comply with company policies and procedure

Physical Demands:

Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time

The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

*Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement.
