Overall Description:

The Client Team at United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) provides timely, relevant and accurate GEOINT in support of the Commander's priority intelligence requirements, regional initiatives, theater intelligence requirements, and tactical objectives. The Client USCENTCOM requires a high performing, energetic, innovative, highly organized, and detail-orientated intelligence staff officer with proven staff experience. This staff officer will provide a wide range of administrative services for the The Client USCENTCOM senior leadership and assigned personnel and will be a direct report to the AOB Chief of Staff.


  • Overseeing The Client USCENTCOM records management program
  • Overseeing The Client USCENTCOM business continuity plan
  • Managing The Client USCENTCOM internal and external suspense/deadlines (Taskers)
  • Updating and maintaining all documents related to The Client USCENTCOM organization (organization charts, briefing slides and placemats, recall rosters and agendas)
  • Managing The Client USCENTCOM shared folder permission and distribution lists
  • Inventory and purchase office supplies
  • Coordination and deconfliction of The Client and USCENTCOM business rhythm events
  • Maintaining The Client USCENTCOM office calendars
  • Scheduling The Client USCENTCOM meetings and establishing VTC connections
  • Responsible to collate weekly information for The Client USCENTCOM staff meeting
  • Managing security clearance/accesses for all assigned personnel
  • Possessing PeopleSoft expertise, including the ability to complete table of organization changes, personnel actions, reports, DCIPS, training, and queries
  • Assisting with actions on Defense Travel System (DTS) and Management and Execution Tracker (MET)

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have an active Top Secret SCI security clearance
  • At least 11 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within related field.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills, including the demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationship and networks with senior leaders, managers, military personnel and staff
  • Demonstrated a high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload while managing competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge and skill in the application of office support computer applications for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, administrative applications, email, calendars, and database storage/retrieval

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
