Hiring for an Operations Manager, responsible for project execution, but most importantly: involved throughout the organization in a front facing role handling customer interactions in regards to project issues, personnel management, proposal support and maintaining customer relations to assist in business development efforts.
Requirements:
Applicants must have 15+ years in the mechanical industry handling projects of $5-20mm or more.
Applicants must have experience managing Project Management teams as well as client relationships and provide references to validate this experience.
