Provides administrative and technical support for construction operations program management and execution. Coordinates contract and insurance document management and control.

Description of Tasks:

  1. Manages initial intake and facilitates review of Subcontractor/Vendor insurance policies.
  2. Monitors insurance email inbox daily and responds to messages as appropriate.
  3. Manages Subcontractor/Vendor insurance renewal notices and follow-up as appropriate.
  4. Assists with contract administration, including drafting agreements from templates, processing PCIs, Mods, POs and MRs, copying, scanning, filing and indexing as needed.
  5. Assists Contract Managers in tracking status of contracts, bonds, letters of credit and other documents to ensure signed documents are returned on time.
  6. Reviews, logs and tracks a variety of construction contract documents.
  7. Provides assistance to Operations Managers in the purchasing, selling, maintenance, and transfer of company vehicles.
  8. Assists in the scheduling of the Operations Conference Room and Break Room.
  9. Assists in the preparation of Jobsite vacation reports and tracks vacation days used.
  10. Performs other administrative functions and assists Operations Support Manager and Administrative Support Manager as needed.

Position Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma/GED required. Two years' experience with administrative/clerical tasks and/or two year associate degree preferred, but not required.Excellent written and verbal communication and grammar skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a high volume environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
