Responsible for providing skilled craftsmanship for maintenance and installation of electrical systems. Provides oversight to Electrical craft team members. EXPECTATIONS OF ALL TEAM MEMBERS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A. High school diploma or GED
B. Minimum five years of related experience
C. Trade or technical school certification/diploma
D. Apprentice aptitude test E. Union specific training
F. Project specific/Mortenson training
G. Current drivers license
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
A. Ability to frequently work in heat and other weather conditions
B. Frequently crouch, kneel, squat, climb
C. Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
D. Frequently reach high and low places
E. Ability to see, hear, balance, and review job sites
F. Ability to stand and walk throughout work day
G. Ability to use repetitive hand/arm/leg movements
