About the Position:

Hiring a Plumbing Estimator responsible for identifying and bidding on contract commercial plumbing jobs in the St Louis region.

Other Responsibilities include:

Identify and pursue jobs
Visit the project/site to understand site conditions/restrictions
Estimate the scope of work required based on site visits, drawings, or descriptions of work
Develop and submit proposals for profitability and adhering to the Plumbers & Pipe Fitters Local 562 contract
Once the contract is secured, schedule and dispatch field employees and sub-contractors for the most efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials.
Also responsible for communicating the project needs to the technicians ensuring their understanding and the completeness of the scope of work within the contract specifications.

Specific Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Plumbing Estimator
5+ years of experience in mechanical and/or general contracting of commercial construction projects
