About the Position:
Hiring for a Preconstruction Director, responsible for overseeing all preconstruction and estimating services associated with Design Assist, Design-Build, and Construction Management type contracts. Coordinating estimating (project budget), value analysis, and bid package development resulting in financial, procurement and logistics plans. Seeking a strategic thinker that can help grow the business and will work directly with the VP and COO of the company.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years estimating experience, with all CSI divisions.
Proficient with Bluebeam, RS Means, Smart Bid Net, & Excel.
Must possess strong team building, interpersonal, decision making, problem solving, and negotiating skills.
