Preconstruction Manager
At Taurus Commercial the Preconstruction Manager maintains relationships with existing clients and develops new clients for commercial construction projects. The Preconstruction Manager guides our customers through the preconstruction and bidding phases, determining each projects scope, construction type, and best use of our client’s construction budgets. The Preconstruction Manager must be a self-starter, with high energy and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and extensive knowledge of the commercial construction industry.
