Their 25,000sf of manufacturing space is utilized for projects up to 1,000 windows.

About the Position:

Hiring for a Production Manager, to oversee the 25K square foot manufacturing space in FL. Duties may include include assisting in ordering and proofing, recruiting and training installation crews, manage Warehouse and Warehouse organization, Truck receiving, continuous/process improvement and training, schedule installs, measure jobs, assign crews to jobs, ensure materials are ready for jobs and crews understand the scope of work, and review labor bills for accuracy and fairness.

Requirements:

Must have prior recent Window. Glass, and/or Door Production and installation experience.

Must have experience successfully managing production teams in manufacturing warehouse environment.
